What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• What you asked for, such as the report or a consultation
• The date and time you sent it

If you email us, we also keep your email and anything you choose to tell us.

How we use it

• To give you the report you asked for
• To reply to you and arrange a consultation
• To follow up on your request

We do not sell your information. We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to them, or where the law allows it, and you can opt out at any time.

Our legal basis

We use your information because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact us, and to take steps you ask for before entering a contract with us.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run this site and our email:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores form details
• Google, which provides our email, team chat and the fonts on this site

Loading the fonts sends your IP address to Google. These providers may process information outside the UK, with safeguards in place. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for up to 24 months after we last had contact with you, unless we need them longer for a contract or a legal reason.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to object to how we use it, and to move it to another provider. To do this, email contactus@meetgreet.ai.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would welcome the chance to help first.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics on this site. Cloudflare may set a short lived security cookie to protect the site from attacks. That cookie is strictly necessary, so it does not need your consent.
